Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is widely regarded as one of the most effective self-defense martial arts and combat sports. BJJ focuses on grappling and ground fighting and promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger opponent by using leverage and proper technique, most notably by applying joint locks and chokeholds until submission.

Striking

Our Striking classes offer a unique fusion of Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, MMA, and Traditional Kung Fu. This comprehensive approach ensures you learn a wide range of techniques, from powerful kicks and punches to swift evasive maneuvers.   • We recommend attending classes at least 2-3 times a week to see consistent progress. However, the frequency can depend on your personal goals and schedule.

  • Yes, we offer classes for both children and adults. We believe martial arts can be beneficial for all ages and we have specific programs designed for different age groups.

  • No! You can pay as you come, but the vast majority of our students choose to purchase a monthly membership or a class pack.
